The beach

This morning I ran to the supermarket to pick up a few things and then we got ready and went to the beach.  We went with 7-8 other couples from Chashmonaim and we had a great time.  I didn’t see much of Eric for most of it b/c he was up on top with the other men who were all BBQing.  Once the BBQ was over and the men drank all the Smirnoff Ice (I was bitter that I didn’t get one), he came down and spent time with us too.  It was really a very nice day.  The kids had a great time b/c they had friends there and they were very busy the whole time.  I have pictures that I’ll post tomorrow. 

Tonight we went out to dinner with friends who just made Aliyah this summer and friends of theirs who I happen to know from a long time ago.  It was nice to get out without the kids for a change and we had a really nice time.
