This morning I took the kids to school and then took Keren to the mall to hang out.  We had plans with a friend but they fell through so we went to the mall instead.  Keren was adorable theref.  At one point she went into a shoe store, asked me to take off her shoes and then went running out of the store with one of their shoes in her hand.  I chased her down and told her no, no no.  The rest of the day she was shaking her finger at me and saying “no no no shoes!”  over and over again.  It was hysterical!!  She took her time sitting in every one of those little riding toys that you have to put 2 shekels in while we were there.  Now I know what we’ll do during the mornings when it’s rainy and gross in the winter.

Ben and Talia both had English chug today and then Talia had gymnastics.  So the kids were coming and going throughout the day.  I took Ben to get  a haircut later on while Talia was in gymnastics.  It’s pretty short, take a look:

I had wanted to take just the picture of Ben and his new haircut but when I take the camera out Keren comes running over yelling “cheese cheese” and wants to be in the picture.

Later on tonight when the kids were eating I went into the dining room to find a baby salamander.  We got it onto a plate and out the door.  Talia wanted to keep it but I convinced her to let it go.  I took pictures:

Talia said that while she was in gymnastics she hurt herself and she came home limping.  I am sure she is just playing it  up like she usually does but I am trying to be really understanding about it.   I told her that she can still use an Ace bandage tomorrow to school even if her foot is feeling better.  This way she will tell me the truth tomorrow instead of lying about it.

Meanwhile, Taila uses the Hebrew word בכלל all the time!!  She sticks it into every sentence that she possibly can.  It is hysterical.  I asked her if her foot hurts her when she sits on the couch and she said בכלל!
